We’ve all enjoyed career successes but also had times when we’ve been knocked back and had to pick ourselves up and start again. We don’t just talk the talk, we’ve walked the walk and we love a business challenge.
We have recently completed an ERDF project giving business support to 90 businesses across the county. European Regional Development Funding was allotted to strengthen economic and social cohesion in the European Union by correcting imbalances between richer and poorer areas and we were chosen to deliver part of this project in Cornwall.

Tracy brings a wealth of expertise in project development and management, internal quality assurance and supporting clients through the provision of advice, guidance, learning and training. She has extensive experience leading teams in the community sector, through roles such as Head of Employment and Training and CEO.
Maggie Collier
Business Growth Advisor
Maggie is an experienced business leader. She co-founded a successful insight and strategy agency which grew to a staff of 350 with offices across the globe.
Maggie is on the board of Konnect For Business.
She is a business investor, a charity trustee and qualified workplace mediator.
Andrew Robinson
Net Zero Project Manager and Business Growth Advisor
Andrew is an experienced business professional and project manager specialising in carbon reduction planning (Net Zero), energy efficiency, sales growth and marketing. Andrew brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to the team including many years of business relationship management experience gained from numerous roles and projects within large, national enterprises through to SME’s and start-ups.
Eden Freeman-Payne
Sustainability Advisor
Eden offers a complex understanding of Sustainability. Her critical thinking and creative problem solving skills compliment her business knowledge, enabling her to strategically advise organisations as they transition. Eden works to transform culture and catalyse change. She strives to positively impact communities both socially and environmentally with her awareness of intersectionality.
Lisa Pressland

Lisa has been in a financial services role for over 20 years and has an abundance of experience in complaints and compliance. Since 2007 she has been heading up her own business in the hospitality sector and has recently relocated to Cornwall.
